The Thuasne Casting Platform is designed to help clinicians replicate the heel height and toe ramp of a patient’s shoe into a cast for custom fabrication. It replicates any heel height from 0 - 75mm in 3mm increments. Use of this device is suggested when determining heel height and toe pitch for any Thuasne USA specialty custom product that incorporates the use of a footplate
