Overview

The SUPROsplint is used pre- and post-operatively for immobilization of ankle fractures. This is a replacement for plastering.

Positioning bar sold separately.

It is extremely suitable for Intensive Care patients, to prevent the common 'pointed' position of the foot (pointed foot), or reducing a 'pointed' position to a normal 90 degree position of the foot. The SUPROsplint in combination with the 'anti-rotation bar' is also very suitable for patients with a risk of hip dislocation in a lying position.

With the Range of Motion setting, the ankle angle is adjustable from 30 degrees to 15 degrees dorsiflexion in 5-degree increments.
